Our Best BETT!

A tired and hungry troop of Richmond help desk enthusiasts arrived home on Saturday night after what was the busiest, most exhausting and most enjoyable BETT exhibition in 10 years. As Will Johnson from Richmond Systems comments, “Three years ago we predicted that in three years every secondary school in the country will require helpdesk technology in one form or another. From the sheer volume of enquiries at the show and the subsequent insatiable demand for demonstrations and evaluation software it looks as if we were right!”
