Richmond Systems develop and implement help desk and asset management software that allows schools and colleges to maximise return on ICT budgets and ensure uptime of infrastructure and systems that staff and pupils rely upon. We were founded in 1984 and have been supplying the education sector since 1998.
SupportDesk is an integrated help desk and asset management solution, which has been developed according to industry best practice and the principles of ITIL and BECTA FITS (Framework for ICT Support). The solution allows schools to manage and support their IT and non-IT assets and enables ICT support to respond quickly to incidents and requests.
Richmond Systems works with education industry vendors and associations. We support the Department for Children, Families and Schools (DCFS) through the SSAT re-designation programme and have a number of reseller agreements, including a global agreement to supply help desk and asset management software to RM.
