FREE PC Inventory
The SupportDesk’s PC inventory functionality allows you to automatically gather hardware and software information from PCs connected directly to the school network without the need to install client software on each machine. Information on installed applications which appear in the Windows registry in addition to hardware details for Operating system, CPU, memory and hard disk information is automatically captured and available within SupportDesk. PC Inventory is currently being supplied FREE for all Richmond SupportDesk for Schools packages.
Implementation & Training
Onsite configuration & training is available as well as remote implementation. Our experienced consultants will come on-site for a day to provide assistance with the configuration of SupportDesk for the specific requirements of the School and training to bring the ICT technicians up to speed on using the software. Remote implementation provides a consultant for ½ a day to remotely connect and configure your system. Professional implementation, configuration and training ensures you get the very best out of your service desk.
